  • Work at height controlled? Adequate access equipment suitable for environment / trained operators (PASMA / iPAF) / permit to work / inspections.

  • Hot works controlled? Combustibles removed or covered / fire extinguisher in place / PPE in use / permit issued.

  • H&S Toolbox talks being completed? Note: minimum of 1 relevant toolbox talk per fortnight required.

  • Accident investigation records (if applicable?)

  • Accident illness monitor completed for previous month and emailed to H&S dept. Copy to be retained in site file.

  • Site management weekly inspection records completed and evidence available on request during audit inspection?
