Sickness Requirements

Please review the following information regarding our Sickness Policy / Communicable Diseases:
• Do not come to work if you are suffering from vomiting or diarrhoea
• If you have an unexplained vomiting or diarrhoea episode while at work, report immediately to the Supervisor or Manager
• You must leave the food-handling area
• If you are suffering from vomiting and diarrhoea you will not be permitted in the food handling areas for at least 48 hours and must be symptom-free
• Baker Boys may require a medical certificate prior to returning to work
• Contact your EncoreNZ Coordinator who will discuss a Return-To-Work plan with Baker Boys Management
