Assets Numbers are broken down into 3 parts, sentinel number of holder-owner code-type code:

Owner codes:
D=deploy issued, C=candidate owned
Item Codes:
LLT=Live Line Tester

This form should be completed and sent to audits@deployuk.com the team will then identify any missing items, ask if they are to be ordered and if so identify who is to pay. The item(s) will then be ordered and this form completed by the audits tea. RDB will then be updated to reflect the updates.

I agree that should the condition of any item listed above change (eg it becomes damaged or otherwise ceases to be able to perform its intended purpose for any other reason) I shall inform the DE Group company immediately. Any faulty equipment shall not be used.
