Banquet Closing Checklist

  • Instructions:

    1. Answer "Yes", "No", "N/A" for the questions below.
    2. Add photos and notes by clicking on the paperclip icon.
    3. To add a Corrective Measure click on the paperclip icon then "Add Action", provide a description, assign to a member, set priority and due date.
    4. Complete audit by providing digital signature.
    5. Share your report by exporting as PDF, Word, Excel or Web Link.

Servers

  • All tables and chairs are returned to proper storage locations and all furniture is placed back where it belongs

  • Check that all glassware, china, and silver returned into inventory OR to Silver Rack in banquet Kitchen for Housemen to put away

  • Scullery Area is cleaned and properly restocked

  • Trash cans are emptied and replenished with fresh clear bags

  • Check trash whaler and empty at the final walk through

  • Banquet Kitchen is cleaned, mopped, all hot boxes cleared, cleaned and turned off

  • Beverage Dispensers/Bins wipe down

  • Countertops/Tables/Risers wipe down

  • Cocktail trays, marking trays, and CanapĂ© trays are wiped down and returned to banquet kitchen

  • Linen is placed in pink or blue linen bags and taken out to linen dump

  • Reset Wine Lounge/Atrium/Screening Room/Board Room (if necessary)

  • Take a photo of the Servers Area.

Bar

  • Bar is broken down and area is cleaned

  • Bar Coolers are emptied and wiped out

  • All liquor/product is returned to liquor room and locked

  • Cash Bar- Complete consumption report and drop bank

  • All other bars- complete consumption report

  • All other bars- email Register APP invoice to Manager and return Ipad to Events office on Sales Manager Desk

  • Take a photo of the Bar Area.

Captains

  • Final Walk through. Above items double checked

  • All Staff Hours are logged and signed

  • Projector is Turn off

  • A/C is turned off

  • Screen Room Time:
