WORKING AT HEIGHT

  • Are work areas barriered off whilst high level work is undertaken?

  • Are all ladders are checked prior to work and used for low-risk short duration activities?

  • Are all ladders or working at height access equipment under the control of colleagues at the property subject to relevant inspection regime?

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

  • Are communal areas and walkways clear of any obstructions, uneven or slippery flooring?

  • Is signage readily available to warn of any wet/slippery areas?
