Section 5: External Areas

  • 5.1 Are fences and perimeter boundaries acceptable?

  • 5.2 Is the ground area in good condition, without uneven surfaces and open holes? If at risk, please specify in notes?

  • 5.3 Is all external signage in repair?

  • 5.4 Can all ground markings be clearly seen and is all white lining adequate?

  • 5.5 Does the site have sufficient external lighting?

  • 5.6 Is the lighting in repair? If no, please specify.

  • 5.7 Is the site clear from litter and rubbish?

Section 6: Fire Safety

  • 6.1 Is there a site specific fire evacuation policy?

  • 6.1.1 Is the policy displayed suitably onsite?

  • 6.2 Are all off site emergency exits accessible?

  • 6.3 Are all building emergency exits accessible?

  • 6.4 Is there correct Fire Action Notice displayed in the building main entrance?
