F-027 Finished Product Evaluation Log Iron Will Raw Inc. Certification #205718 Checklist
Instructions: Sample Quantity is determined by lot size as follows (2-10 units = all sampled; 11-128 units = 25% sampled; 129-4000 units = 64 samples; 8000-12,000 units = 96 samples). Refer to weight tolerance per size. Product checks are to occur on a regular basis throughout the production in a random sampling format. The product is to be free of abnormal odour, discolouration, abnormal texture. The label must be in the correct position and accurate. The container is to be closed completely and free from seal contamination, punctures or abnormalities on the outside. If a product is consistently under tolerance, but still within the limit, a corrective action should still be made. The appropriate products should have weights both above and below the limit.
Deviation: If a product is found not within compliance the frequency will be doubled immediately. The increased frequency shall contain units spaced evenly throughout the production.
If a second consecutive deviation is found within one lot the SQFP shall be notified immediately.
