Truck setting for refrigerated product must be between 0C - 4C and for frozen product must be within 5 degrees variance of -18C. If the trailer is not in compliance, reject the trailer until corrective actions can be completed. (Wait to load the product until trailer temperature comes within temperature tolerance)
