X-Ray Verification (Every 60 minutes)

1. Operator passes the test pieces through the X-Ray at the start of the run (first product), every 60 mins thereafter and then at the end of the run (last product). Details recorded below

2. Pass (P) = test piece has been detected. Fail (F) = test piece has not been detected

3. In the case of a fail stop the line and contact QA immediately
-
4. Any product rejected by the X-Ray must be isolated & passed back through one more time
-
5. If still rejected, these must be opened to find the Foreign Object, a foreign object form completed and given to QA
