- Use 1m small ratchet strap
- Positions ratchet correctly
- Tensions correct and secure

Transfer to roof ladder
- Disconnect karabiner from rope grab
- Transfer rope grab to roof ladder rope
- Make sure rope grab is right way up
- Ropes fully engaged
- Check for free movement upwards
- Check for lock off downwards
- Reconnect to karabiner

Transfer self to roof ladder
- Disconnect cowstail and clip to harness
- Transfer onto roof ladder
- Once at working position clip on cowstail to roof ladder

Descending roof ladder
- Take time
- Maintain low center of gravity

Transfer back to main ladders
- Keep connected to roof ladder rope
- Transfer over to main ladder
- Connect cowstail to main ladder
- Disconnect rope grab and transfer it to main ladder rope
- Check it's right way up
- Check for free Upwards movement
- Check for lock off downwards
- Reconnect back to rope grab

Remove roof ladders
- Disconnect ratchet strap
- Flip roof ladders over roll back down roof
- Use both hands
- Lower carefully and position at side of ladders
- Take your time

Make good hole once finished
- Sand and cement
