Jacks Blazin' Chicken: Generous amount of sauce on top and bottom bun, 5 jalapeños, 2-3 slices of lettuce, 2 tomato slices, one slice of Swiss-style cheese, 1 portion grilled onions and a spicy chicken fillet. Sandwich should be large enough to make it a tight fit in the box.

Jalapeños are stored using one of the following options:<br> -Room temperature w/out juice: 4-hours<br> -Room temperature in juice: 48-hours <br> -Room temperature lidded 1.5 oz portion cups (no juice): 48-hours<br>

Ghost Pepper Ranch sauce is stored in a red translucent squeeze bottle w/extra wide tip lid using "LTO" ring. Write ghost on rings until completely out of bacon mayo and tartar sauce.

Ice coffee is stored in appropriate pitcher ( 2 quart or 4 quart), not using the dedicated rice pitcher. Destroy date for cold black coffee 4-days. Destroy date for prepared original or mocha 2-days.

Ice coffee is chilled for a minimum of 6 hours before use.

Buns toasting according to job aid. Check jumbo buns and sourdough. Teflon in good condition.
