SECURITY AND SAFETY CHECKS

  • All exits and entrances are clear and there is easy access to and from the venue

  • All chains, padlocks, etc have been removed from fire exits and they are free to be opened

CLEANING, EQUIPMENT AND WORKPLACE SAFETY

  • All equipment is put away neatly in the storage room, any damaged appliance have been reported to the General Manager.

  • The venue is clean and tidy and all items/fixtures are in a good state of repair

  • All furniture is placed appropriately so that people can move around the venue safely and comfortably

  • Workplace conditions are comfortable for staff and customers (Heating, lighting, ventilation, etc)

  • All steps, floor surfaces, floor coverings are in good condition, free from slipping and tripping hazards

  • Are there First Aid boxes situated on every bar? Are they fully stocked and have adequate supply?

  • The venues lighting, sound and frontage is all operational and online

  • Sign to confirm that you have checked all the above today

TOILET AREAS

  • All facilities are in good working order, any maintenance

  • The toilets have been checked and are cleaned to a high standard. Both areas have been bleached and toilet rolls have been refilled.

Arches and Bin Store

  • Private & Confidential

  • There are sufficient waste bins to ensure there is no build-up of rubbish in any area

  • Waste is being removed regularly to avoid a build up of rubbish

  • The 1st, 2nd and 3rd Arch are clean and organised. Enough room for motor vehicles to pass through the tunnels is provided, free of obstacles. Any items belonging to Fibre are in their designated areas and the door to the stock room is closed.

  • The Back Area Bin Shoot is free of debris and two fresh bins are in place for the shift

Bar Equipment and Facilities

  • All iPads, Cash Draws, Printers and Card Readers are in a good state of repair and are working/charging correctly. If not please mention below and add onto the Maintenance list

  • All large equipment is full operational (Glasswashers/Fridges/Bottle Displays/Signage)

  • The bar and floors have been set up to a high standard ready for the day
