Before Arriving On-Site

  • Text or call the sales rep and list items that need to be checked during the visit:

  • Reviewed contact and worksheets for the job

  • Verfified pre-job visit, safety huddles, end of day reports are all up to date

Jobsite Conditions

  • Is the crew in proper uniform (Whites for interior, jeans for floors, etc)?

  • Employees using basic PPE (hardhats, glasses, steel toe boots)?

  • Is the jobsite organized? (Materials stacked neatly, equipment stored securely, etc)

  • Is the customer on site? What concerns or questions do they have?

Foreman Interview

  • Is smartsheets up to date? List any areas that need training

  • Any discussions the foreman has had with the Sales Rep:

  • Review the job scope from the contract and list any areas of concern:

  • Have you had to talked to inside ops about anything so far?

  • What are your production goals for today? Goals for tomorrow?

  • Was all material and equipment delivered on time?

  • What happened - how?

  • Materials: 1) Amount bid vs. Amount Used 2) Do you need to order more material?

  • What equipment is needed? What equipment needs to be called off?

  • Is crew size correct? What are the needs in next few days?

  • Has foreman discussed the report card with the customer and made an appointment to get it completed?<br>

Crew Interview

  • Talked with each member of the crew. Discussed training needed, how they feel the job is going, what tools or equipment they need, do they feel safe at job.
