Log off, then back in as Administrator

Under the Computer Name, Domain and Description section click Change Settings

Delete the Remote User folder

If you receive an error logging in, log into the VM as xpmuser to the local pc. Click start, right click on My Computer, select properties, click the Computer Name tab, click on change, under Member of, select Workgroup and enter a temporary name, restart when prompted. Log back in and follow the same steps but select Domain and enter finishline.com. Restart when prompted

Select Remote Desktop Users

Verify "FINISHLINE.COM/Domain Users under Members and add if not present

Log out of XP Virtual Machine
Install 5/3 direct (if needed)

Click on the Start menu

Select My Computer

In the address bar enter \\snap1\tflshare\install\utilities\5th3rddirect client\direct install.exe

Accept all defaults. Restart when prompted
Setup primary user account

Log in as the new user
-
Launch Outlook, accept all defaults

Add mailboxes noted earlier

Set the default IE homepage to Spike and have the user log in

Select Use Recommended Settings, authenticate with TGIF when prompted

If you receive a message regarding updates, clock OK
-
Verify Lync works
-
Select Interaction Client on the desktop

Check all 3 boxes

Click Allow Access and authenticate select Connect

Map drives and printers
-
Log out of the system
