  • External Corrosion<br>Check the exterior of the unit is not pitted or damaged by corrosion (AS 2337.1)

  • Outlet Hose<br>Check the outlet hose is securely fitted, nozzle is securely attached, assembly is free from obstruction and no damage or deterioration

  • Pressure Indicator<br>Indicator is legible, within the standard operating range and operational

  • Operating Head or Cap<br>Check the operating head is free from damage with no blockages and the locking device is correctly fitted

  • Signage<br>Location signage is visible and at the correct height

  • Support Bracket<br>Check the support bracket is securely attached to the support feature

  • Discharge Nozzle<br>Check the appropriate nozzle is fitted, free from damage and not blocked

  • Carriage Assembly<br>Check the carriage assembly is functional and free from corrosion

  • Actuating Device<br>Device is free from corrosion, moves freely and is undamaged

  • Powder<br>Invert the extinguisher checking for free moving powder

  • Current weight of extinguisher

  • Suitablilty<br>Confirm the extinguisher is correct for the application

  • General Inspection Comments

  • Detail correction action taken (if any)

  • Add signature
