Stage One, Structural Opening

  • Is the opening to agreed sizes as shown on the approved construction issue drawings

Stage Two, Installation - Sub Structure

  • Has the Metsec backing structure been installed in the correct position

  • Has the breather membrane been installed the the rear face of the Metsec and all overlaps and joints sealed as per the manufacturers spec

Stage Three, Tyvek - Top Hat - Brackets

  • Has the Tyvek membrane been installed to the full cladding area, all laps facing the correct direction and all joints and ends sealed as per the manufactures specification.

  • Has top hat and helping hand brackets been fixed in the correct position with the correct fixing type as per the construction issue drawings

Stage Four, Insulation - Tape - Rails

  • Has the correct insulation been installed at the correct thickness according to construction issue drawings.

  • Has all the joints been taped over<br>Has all the brackets protruding through the insulation been fully taped.

  • Has the rails been installed in the correct position.

Stage Five, Cladding Panel and Coping

  • Has the cladding panels been installed at the correct position and free from defects or scratches

  • Has the coping panels been installed free from defects and scratches.

Stage Five, Handover

  • Is the cladding wall in an acceptable condition to be handed over
