Stage One, Structural Opening

Is the opening to agreed sizes as shown on the approved construction issue drawings
Stage Two, Installation

Has the door been fixed in the correct position as per the constuction issue drawings

Has the door frame been fixed true and plumb in the opening

Has the thresh been fixed down and sealed

Has the perimeter of the door frame been sealed with EPDM

Is the door leaf sitting in the door frame with the correct margins around the perimeter and down the meeting styles
Stage Three, Door Leaf

Has the door leaf insert (glass or louvre) been installed with the recommended glazing packs and been heeled and toed to transfer the weight to the hinge side.

Has the wedge gasket been installed according to the manufactures guild lines.
