  • Is the only equipment inside the 2 meter safety limit loading/unloading equipment and lavatory/water service vehicles?

  • Are all drivers avoiding driving under the aircraft fuselage and wing?

  • Are aircraft nose gear wheels properly secured by chocks placed in front and behind upon stopping?

  • Are additional chocks placed during extreme weather conditons such as Snowfall, freezing rain and strong winds?

  • Are crew informed of "chocks in position" via correct signalling?

  • Are Safety Cones properly postioned in front of the aircraft and in front of other areas of the aircraft that could conflict with the normal flow of equipment?

  • Are Safety Cones properly positioned on either wing tip?

  • Are Safety Cones properly positioned behind the aircraft?

  • Are aircraft steps properly positioned and are stabilizers deployed?

  • Are catering high loaders properly positioned and stabilizers deployed?

Flight Handling - Departure

  • Are vehicles reversing away from the aircraft guided by a guideman?

  • Are cargo nets and barriers properly closed before cargo doors are closed?

  • Is a complete walk-around inspection performed by head set person prior to push back?

  • Is Pilot in Command briefed on handling prodecure prior to departure?
