  • PPE (long sleeve shirt, long pants, wide brimmed hat, safety glasses, approved footwear, gloves)

  • Vehicle information pack present and up to date (Run sheets, Safety Data Sheets, Work Instructions, Monthly Vehicle checklist)

Flusher Truck Operation Pre Start

  • All stock, tools and equipment required for the tasks (including toilet roll tool and key, toilet paper, tap key, broom, shovel, sharps plunger, hose and traffic cones)

  • Log book check completed

  • Fault book checked and present

  • Drivers fatigue diary present and up to date

  • Visual inspection of vehicle

  • Water tank is filled

  • Vehicle is fuelled for the shift

  • PTO engages, confirming pump operations are working
