Review the Flushing Station area vs the standard work image. Confirm that the area is roped off. Also check that the warning signage is clean and posted in the area (Do Not Enter: Authorized Personnel Only, Please Wash Your Hands and Notice: Enter Here Please).

If someone is in the cell please confirm that they authorized and trained by reviewing the Training logs posted on the Gray flush station cabinet next to the flushing stand.

Confirm that the flushing station area appears to be clean. No evidence of cloudy tubing, excessive carbon, and oils are on the surface of the flushing station and its components. (Review Image of a Clean Flushing Station, raise concerns as warranted)

Confirm that any work in process cartridges are in the black bin labeled "Flushed MR600F". Confirm that the Flushing Station Drainage Log (HP-QUA-FRM-068) is complete for the cartridges in the Bin. The logs are attached to the black bins.

Confirm that the Flushing Stand is filled with cartridges if in use. If the cartridge stand is not in use confirm that each head on the stand has a bypass plug installed. If not please notify the supervisor immediately.

Confirm that the Flushing Station Sanitization Log HP-MFG-FRM-069 has been completed for the week and confirmed by Quality.

Confirm that Flushing Station Work Instructions are available and posted in the area

Review the flushing station Visual Management Board to confirm that the status of the flush stand matches the board status. Magnetic Marker should be placed at the appropriate step in the process.

Confirm the contents on the Flushing Station Traceability White Board: Review the pallet ID number on pallets in location A1 (across from SAMs labeled: EV316087 (MRS Flushed Cartridge Pending IR) Review the Flushing Station Traceability White Board and confirm that those Pallet ID numbers are listed. Confirm that the cartridges have a orange "To Be Sent To IR" tag on the skid.

Confirm the contents on the Flushing Station Traceability White Board: Review the Pallet ID number on pallets in location G3 (in the receiving area) labeled: EV316088 (EV316088 (After IR, Pending Microbial Testing) Hold Per Quality Testing) Confirm that the Pallet ID number on those pallets are listed on Flushing Station Traceability Board. Confirm that the cartridges have a orange "Pending Microbial Testing" tags on the skid.
