Ensure steps, guarding and handrails are in place, mounted properly and effective?

Inspect handrails for broken welds?

Inspect gantry pins and welds?

Boom suspension cables are in good condition?

Hoist cables are in good condition?

Signage and labels are in place and effective?

All electrical cabinets are locked?

All electrical cabinets are properly labeled?

All breakers are properly labeled?

Ensure there are no missing knock-outs?

Ground checks are current?

There is no loose conduit or wiring?

Lube room is clean and organized?

Mirrors are in good condition?

Operators seat is in good condition?

Housekeeping is acceptable?

Is operators pre-shift inspection properly filled out?

Operator using proper PPE?
