All contractor works complete and fully snagged/de snagged?

Under sink, bath and shower tray checked to be clean and tidy? (photos required)

All kitchen units clean tidy and free of excess materials?

Any damage noted on inspection? (provide photos if yes)

External drains test complete and passed by NHBC?

Above ground drainage test complete and passed by NHBC?

NHBC CML cert achieved?

Building control inspection complete and signed off?

Water pressure test complete and cert recieved?

Fire protocol procedure followed, information recorded and uploaded to the shared drive?

Run and test shower including spraying enclosure and mastic junctions

Run and test bath including overflow and full drain test (video required)

Bath mounted shower screen sprayed and leak tested (video required)

Appliances run on a full cycle by site management and checked for leaks/errors

Fill basins to overflow and full drain test (video required)

Fill sink to overflow and full drain test (video required)

Hot water run and tested in all areas

Heating run and test including correct zoning if applicable

All window and door operation checked including keys

Sanitaryware, worktops, kitchen units, all glazing & white goods inspected to ensure free from any damage or defect

Door entry system tested including door release and video functionality (video required)
