  • Bottom plates have less than 10mm overhang.

  • Bottom plates fixed down correctly (1200mm c/c & 70mm in from slab edge)

  • Meter box is in the correct location, plumb and framed out.

  • Internal frame layout as per plans. Mark all openings and noggins for fixtures using spray paint.

  • Ceiling Heights are correct

  • Walls and structural steel plumb (Tolerance is 4mm over 2m).

  • All external wall intersections have been nailed off straight

  • Load point studs laminated correctly (300mm C-C) and supporting girder trusses.

  • Bulkheads and plaster openings installed as per plans, plumb and level

  • Wet area noggins for NCC Accessibility completed (detailed on plans)

  • Soap niche framed out as per plans

  • Stair nib walls are the correct height, plumb, straight and braced accordingly.

  • All plumbing waste and stack points located in correct location

  • All bracing nailed off correctly (check against engineering)

  • L-Brackets installed (max 1800c/c) and not nailed home

  • Shear blocks installed as required.

  • I Beam/Possies installed correctly

  • Joist hanger brackets installed flush to bottom cord

  • Solid beams installed correctly including connections

  • Stair void wall line up plumb and straight (Critical )

  • Manhole trimmers have been installed. Mark location on floor.

  • All truss and change of direction noggins installed & flush with bottom chord

  • Trusses installed correctly, level and plumb (50mm tolerance for plumb Trusses)

  • Windows and sliding doors are installed level/plumb and opening from the correct way

  • External doors flashed correctly (refer detail for any sliding door, timber sill requires DPC)

  • 10mm Bulb seal on windows/doors installed to expansion join location on plans

  • Overlooking windows installed as per plans (if not required, select pass)

  • Sumps in box gutters have been framed out correctly (min sump size = width of box gutter x 450mm L x 150D )

  • Parapet walls to finish min 75mm above roof sheet height

  • Parapet walls are plumb

  • Lear gutter boards installed 300mm up the rake of roof

  • Site swept, rubbish placed in cage, material stacked neatly in garage

  • Other items to be rectified
