ECR

  • Equipment Condition Report used with all discrepancies signed daily by the Technician with a description of the work performed.

  • Audit ECR’s for mechanical problems repaired by the GSE technician. Auditors will audit at least one week from each month excluding present week.

  • Technician must enter a description of the repair made. “Repaired” is not acceptable.

  • The technician’s first initial and last full name is to be used to sign off repairs. Initials only are not acceptable. <br>

  • Each repair must be signed off separately. No diagonal lines to sign off more than one repair.

  • If a defect or deficiency isn’t repaired because the parts are on order or if the technician schedules the repair for a later date, the open repair must be entered in AIS.

  • Audit ECR records for three-month retention from the date of the last report.

DVIR

  • Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR form #01467114) All licensed vehicles require DVIR. <br>Audit DVIR’s for mechanical problems repaired by the GSE technician.

  • Technician must enter a description of the repair made. “Repaired” is not acceptable.

  • The technician’s first initial and last full name is to be used to sign off repairs. <br>Initials only are not acceptable. <br>(No technician/designee signature is required if no defects are found by the driver)

  • If a defect or deficiency isn’t repaired because the parts are on order or the if the technician <br>schedules the repair for a later date, the open repair must be entered in the history records.

PMI Non Compliance

  • Pull PMI determination report from MyCars and compare non-compliant PMI to Total equipment PMI in your gateway. (above 0.5% is Unsat)

Pre-Trips

  • Is technician performing pre-trips two times a month on critical equipment, if not Unsat.

Review Current PMI on the Following Equipment (All powered equipment may not exceed PMI interval by 7 days or 35 hours) <br>

  • Aircraft tow tractor

  • Air start

  • GPU

  • Belt Loader

  • Cargo Tractor

  • CSP

  • Fuel Truck

  • Cargo Loader

  • ALTET or ALTED Loader

  • Deicer

  • The PMI interval for Dollies is 12 months, Verify record retention of only most current PMI in the file.

Dolly/Bag Cart Weight Verification

  • Perform dolly/baggage cart tare weight verification on 10% of the fleet or a maximum of 20 dollies. Weight can vary 1% from bar code weight and be compliant.

  • Are all campaigns and SIRD’s closed correctly? (Look in MYCARS history or AIS validate correct SIRD JDC is used and proper time to close job)

ADAs

  • Are there any approved ADA equipment on property that are over 90 days in ADMS (If yes it would be an Unsat)

Parts Room

  • Do all parts have MDC parts tags?

  • Are parts organized?

  • Are local purchases being stocked for inventory?

Spills

  • Check shop & ramp for oil, hydraulic leaks around equipment. (If found this would be Unsat)

Training

  • Validate training binder for compliance. All training on supervisors and technicians completed, note exceptions
