Is all team equipment seen in public &client areas clean,in a good state of repair & is appropriately secured to prevent unauthorised access or use

Staff Demeanor/Attitude

Do all staff on site during the visit appear to be personable and welcoming responding in an appropriate fashion if questioned

Staff Radio Protocol

Are radios used in public areas connected to an earpiece ensuring that radio traffic is not audible to the general public and that usage of the radios in public areas is done in a discreet and professional manner

Staff Industrious/Efficient

Are staff seen to be working throughout the site appear to be industrious & engaged in their tasks at all times. Are they seen to be working in an efficient,energetic & focused manner
