ADMINISTRATIVE

INTERIOR OF VEHICLE

  • Is the interior clean and tidy?

  • Is the interior of the vehicle free of damage?

EXTERIOR & MECHANICAL

  • Is the exterior of the machine free of any additional damage?

  • Do the brakes of the machine operate correctly?

  • Are all Fluid Levels at the correct amount?

  • Are all lights on the vehicle operational?

  • Are all audible (horn/reverse siren) devices working and distinguishable?

  • Is the Tyre condition & Pressure (if applicable) ok?

SAFETY & Operational Assessment

  • Can the machine operator give a detailed description of the fault reporting procedure

  • Was the operator wearing the appropriate PPE for the particular machine and area they are located in?

  • Was the machine being operated in the correct manner?

  • Are all emergency stop/Release levers and Buttons/Ground operations functioning correctly?
