Is site guarded safely?

Are there sandbags used?

Has the site been identified as likely to cause damage to utilities?

RA & MS briefed face-to-face with all gang members and fully understood?

Is the relevant work stream or work process doc or craft manual and safety file on site?

At least one operative holds the required NRSWA units for the work activity?

All Signing, lighting and guarding has been set in place and meets code of practice?

Have you ensured at least 1.0m of space exists on footway at the site?

Is the area free from risk for the general public?

Are all your tools and all cables and ropes held within your site zone?

Are all tools and equipment held behind the gate guards?

Is your van parked in a safe position and protected if part of your work zone?

Are all site personnell wearing full PPE?

Is all the relevant PPE / Equipment available to be used and in good condition?

Is a water test kit available and is any water to be locally pumped out of a chamber clear?
