Have area inspections been completed by area owner?
Have all actions from previous environmental contact inspections been closed?
Does the work area adequately manage potentially contaminated stormwater from leaving the work area?
Does the work area have sufficient stocked spill kits?
Does the work area segregate and store waste correctly for final disposal?
Are environmental incidents reported in Prospect?

Are hydrocarbons stored appropriately in cabinets or on adequate bunds?
Does the area have bunding?
Is the bund in good condition (free of cracks and defects) with bund valve closed and locked?
Is the bund sized appropriately for the storage requirements?
Is the volume of the bund maintained?
Are bunds free of vegetation, rubbish or items which may reduce its capacity?
Is liquid resulting from spills or leaks recovered as soon as practicable?
Are the workshop and hardstand areas free of hydrocarbon spills?

Is water and sediment managed within the system without evidence of discharge from the washpad?

Are sediment levels in the area adequately managed?

Did analysis identify sample exceedances?

Does the work area use sumps?
Are sumps in good condition with adequate freeboard?
Is the sump free from sediment, vegetation growth etc. that may cause a risk to operations?
Is the area free of leaks and spills with no discernible loss apparent?
Is the housekeeping in the area good and the drying bed maintained in good condition?
