  • After 17:00, start with courtesy calls for the 8 or 9/10 In Stay Surveys and update it on CReport. Are they all done?

  • Pending memorable events decorations done on time

  • Are all the emails answered within 24h?

  • Send an email with the golf bookings of the day (report from TripAround) to Mr Timos (TIME PENDING)

  • Are all complaints/follow-ups sent before 20:30?

  • Check memorable events offer with Concierge for the next day and order flowers/petals/balloons if necessary.

  • Prepare the balloons for the next day with a tag next to them to identify: Room number, Name, time and place of delivery

  • If pending requests: Are they all written in the Logbook?

  • Return the beepers and tablets back to the Back of House and charge them as well as the mobile phones
