1.0 Cleanliness and Hygiene

  • 1.1 Minimum of 3 Hygiene stations stocked with wipes or paper towels & disinfectant spray bottles.

  • 1.3 Signage enforcing 'no towel no train policy' is visible.

  • 1.4 Signage regarding 'good hygiene protocols' needs to be visible throughout the club (at least 1 to pass).

  • 1.5 Bathroom facilities clean including an adequate supply of soap & water.

2.0 24/7 Compliant

2.1 Security Board

  • a. Is the greenlight flashing on the defib?

  • b. Are the defib pads in date?

  • c. Take a photo of defib pads expiry date.

  • d. Enter defib pads expiry date.

  • e. Is the battery pack in date?

  • f. Take a photo of the battery pack expiry date.

  • g. Enter battery pack expiry date.

  • h. Enter the manufacturer date of the defib.

  • i. Minimum of 4 lanyards on security board.

  • j. Is the phone in working order? (please make a note if it is a mobile phone) This is the phone on the security board and there should be a dial tone indicating that its connected and working.

  • k. Take a photo of the security board.

3.0 Areas of Concern

  • 3.1 Are there any other areas requiring attention? For example, broken equipment, broken mirrors, torn carpet etc.
