12.8. Hand Tools and Portable Power Tools Checklist.

12.8.1. Are tools stored on racks or shelves or in boxes when not in use?

12.8.3. Do workers carry tools in tool belts or other carrying devices such as shoulder bags or<br>backpacks when climbing ladders or while working at elevated heights such as scaffolds, platforms<br>or work stands?
