Guidance: There is a two-week period, after a project has finished, that these should be completed. If the scheme has been finished for two weeks then this needs completing asap. You can find copies of the KPI’s on the performance ratings tab. There should be 4 KPI’s completed. One from a contract manager, one from the buying department, one from the site manager and one from the QS.
