Morning Gym Instruction Checklist To Be Completed

  • Check consultation room is unlocked & computer is on

  • Turn on TV's and Radio

  • Ensure Reception desk is kept clean & tidy at all times.

  • What is oxygen level? (If below half notify DM)

  • Ensure all spray bottles are full at the sanitation station.

  • Ensure paper towel station has been refilled.

  • Ensure all sanitation stations are full, neat & tidy.

  • Clean Treadmill Screens (PRIORITY)

  • Clean down ALL equipment in ALL rows, hand rails and seats.

  • Monitor and Clean Equipment though out the day.

  • Wipe ALL benches with cloth and spray.

  • Clean Windows & Mirrors.

  • Ensure all member programs are returned to their area.

  • Must Check ALL member have Towels. No towels, No train. (Check throughout the day.)

  • Must Check ALL members are wiping down equipment after using. (Check throughout the day.)

  • Ensure ALL weights & equipment have been put away. (Check throughout the day.)

  • Speak to 1 member about Results Based Training & Record Name.

  • Speak to 3 members about the Begin Program & Record Names.

  • Find out 2 things about your fellow Personal Trainer that you did not know & note down.
