  • Lock out/Tag out protocol in place and being used?

Personal Protective Equipment

  • Person protective equipment available and in good serviceable condition?

  • Fall protection inspected and serviceable.

  • Proper use and type of fall protection where required. (i.e. sharp edge certified, proper anchor points, properly installed)

  • Burn permit protocol being followed? Permit, sparks/flames controlled at the source, fire watch?
