GUEST ROOMS

  • The doors are working properly.

  • Beds are made with neat and straight bedspreads and bed sheets, as well as fluffed and even pillows.

  • The bedspreads should be free of rips and stains.

  • The headboard should be aligned with the wall. Please dust the hole headboard.

  • Check under the bed for any waste.

  • Furniture should be free from dust, dirt, scratches and stains. It should be neat and straight.

  • Make sure that the inside curtains are closed (whtie/see thru) & the outside curtains are open.

  • Check all clocks in the room to make sure they are all the same time.

  • Walls should be clean and free of cobwebs, scratches, and nicks.

  • Carpets and rugs should be vacuumed. & other flooring should be mopped.

  • There should be 2 reg. coffee' & 2 decaffeinated/ 2 creamer packs. / 4 matching coffee cups w/lids. 4 clear cups

  • Make sure the TV and ALL lights are off.

  • Check the A/C units. must be be set on 75 low cool.

  • your greeting message/name must be on the card in front of the TV before leaving the room.

  • Make sure you clean the vents/filters' on the AC units

ALL THESE ITEMS MUST BE IN EACH ROOM.

BATHROOMS

  • EVERY BATHTUB/TOWLIET/SINK MUST BE WIPPED DOWN & SANITIZIED/DISINFECTED

  • Bathrooms must have 4 towels/ Bath set's along the side of tub w/1 bar of soap. / 2 hand towels under the towels hanging over toilet.

  • Mirrors and all stainless steel must be clean and no smudge marks.

  • Make sure all light bulbs work.

  • IF BATHTUB HAS SOAP SCUM ON IT. TURN ON SHOWER GET TUB GOOD AND WET THEN TAKE THE MAGIC ERASER TO THE AREAS AS NEEDED! THEN INSTANTLY WIPE DOWN WITH A DRY-CLEANING RAG ASAP.

  • The toilet flushes properly (MAKE SURE THERE IS NOT SIGNS OF BEING CLOGGED). & is cleaned inside and out. (ABSOLUTELY NO HAIRS)

  • There should not be any water in the tub/shower's/ sinks, or toilet's

  • The toilet paper is stocked and folded up properly.

  • The shower and/or tub is free of grout & dried up water spots.

  • Both hand towels, in the bathroom's must match. SHOWER CURTIAN PULLED BACK WITH BATHMAT ALONG THE SIDE OF THE TUB; WITH BASKET AND BAR OF SOAP ON TOP..... OVER THE TOLIET. 4 TOWELS ON RACK FACING FORWARD. WITH 2 MATCHING HAND TOWELS HANGING UNDER NEATH.

HALLWAYS

  • Lobbies and hallways are clean, safe from hazards, and well-maintained.

  • Hallways must be vacuumed daily. Always keep an eye out for any new stains or spills! (CLEAN UP ASAP)

  • Inspect the hallway walls for unwanted marks, check the baseboards for trash/dust or grime.

  • Check the lightbulbs and replace them if necessary.

  • Check the air supply vents and sprinklers for dust and proper functioning

GENERAL CHECKS

  • No visible dirt, dust, etc. on the floor.

  • Windows open properly and are free of cracks.

  • Trash cans are emptied and sanitized.

  • Check and restock minibars and in-room amenities, if applicable.

  • All lights and electronics are in good working order.

  • Restock coffee, tea, and other complimentary supplies, if applicable.

  • Maintenance needs, issues, and damage must be documented and reported using the Actions feature in this checklist. As applicable, assign them to respective personnel.
