Notify the Front Desk that you are on duty. Go over occupancy for the shift, VIP Guest, and walk in rates for the night. Provide your Telephone number and radio information.

Review the am & Night audit log/MOD report for all service recovery issues. Meet the Guest in person to ensure a resolution.

Verify that VIPs room are VC rooms and prioritized for cleaning prior to guest's arrival

Verify that Keys are prepared and ready for VIPs

Radomly select VIPs room to inspect

Coordinate with the food & Beverage department & Front office to ensure amenities are set up in the VIPs room prior to arrival

Conduct shift hand over with the outgoing team

Check in with all operational departments to determine any needs for the shift .
Public area / Lobby /Pool/GYM

Ground Floor Lobby music is on, all lighting is in working order, furniture and fixtures are clean.

Public Restrooms (Lobby) inspect for cleanliness and functionality

Ensure Guest elevators and door tracks are clean and free of debris
-
Gym is clean, trash bins cleared, and sanitizer pump is visible and ready for guest use.

Check outdoor pool area to see if there is any trash to be collected and for any lost & found items

Engage the guest and manage the lines during heavy check-in/out periods.

Meet and greet all VIPs arrivals .

Inspect Guest floors for cleanliness, defects. Notify Engineering of any issue immediately .
Lobby bar, Pub, Concierges

Ensure service is prompt at restaurant/outlet

Check if there are any VIPs dinning in the outlets

Make sure bar area is locked and secured and there is no accumulation of dirty glasses or trash behind the bar .
Banquets
-
Partner with the Banquet team on events to ensure the guests are happy and the events are running as scheduled. Introduce yourself to the group contact should they need you for anything .

At the conclusion of an event, make sure that the meeting spaces are all secured and locked for the evening in conjunction with the Banquet team.

Report any meeting room doors that are not locked- and locked them
Back of the house
-
Hallways are clean and free from debris.

Ensure service elevator and elevator tracks are clean and free of debris .

Light fixtures are working properly. Report any defect to Engineering.

Employee break room is clean and in good order.

Report any incident or abnormalities to GM and HR
-
Shift handoff report sent to GM ,FOM,Housekeeping,F&B ,Chief Engineer, P&C Manager
