Hills Subcontractor Six Monthly Safety Equipment Audit - 12/11/2024 - 12/05/2025
It is a statutory and contractual obligation for all contractors working for Hills to complete this Safety Equipment Audit bi-annually to provide evidence your safety equipment (PPE) has been inspected, records kept and your vehicle is in good working condition and available for use.
You are required under legislation to keep a log book of your height safety PPE and have this equipment inspected every 6 months by a qualified inspector or company as per AS/NZS 1891.4 2009
Hills has supplied you with an inspections checklist log book, which is available in the Contractor Portal, download complete and include the signed log in the Equipment Inspection Records section.
Only complete this yourself if you hold height safety equipment Inspection qualification MEM15004B or PUAEQU001 - Prepare, maintain and test response equipment, otherwise have the inspection completed by a 3rd party.
Take all photos in your camera roll and complete this audit on a desktop PC.
Using a mobile device to complete and send this audit will result in you exceeding your free 10mb data allowance limit.
