Building Elements

  • Paint Evolution color scheme - red wainscot, mocha mid-section (mansard building) or red wainscot, mocha mid-section and sand color sign band (parapet building)

  • Replace existing mansard roof material (shingle, tile or metal) with new sand-colored standing seam roof. (mansard building)

  • Repaint parapet caps, gutters and downspouts to match wall colors or replace as needed.

  • Add entry tower at building entry vestibule. Tie back to the parapet or mansard roof for structural support.

  • Remove red LED light strips on parapet wall. Patch and paint wall penetrations. May require a new stucco coat to cover patched areas.

  • Are new replacement awnings needed over windows?

  • Install flat entry awning with up flood light and down light (if straight entry).

  • Install Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner panel.

Signage

  • Install 7’ diameter round Huddle House logo sign on tower.

  • Replace old Huddle House block letter channel letter signs with new script logo. Allowable size to be determined by sign vendor. Signs on the mansard roof should be mounted on a raceway painted the same color as the metal roof color.
