STRUCTURE

• Ensure that Composite panels have been installed in accordance with manufacturers specification and have been inspected by Euroclad prior to installing the Cassette panels.

• Ensure that Datums are clearly marked by site engineer then double check levels in accordance with ICS construction issue drawings, ensuring that they are correct and are in line with other interfacing finishes ,or rainscreen finishes.

Installation Checks

• Establish top and bottom levels and mark up. Check intermittent levels .Mark vertical and horizontal modules

• Install 2 full length runs of KSSVG25 to the<br>rear of the mullions as above location. Install Vertical support rails as manufacturers specification and as per ICS drawings , fixed at maximum 500 ctrs, fixed with SL3 or SXL 3. Central 2 No. holes are Fixed Points installed to both fixed point holes. For slotted hole fixing refer to project specific<br>fixing Pattern. Fixings are alternated.

• Slide Clips onto rail , Fully tighten both nuts. Top locating clip to be fully engaged All other Locating clips to be set 3mm down. Mullion joint detail ensure 10mm gap between mullions

• Slide a 62mm EPDM Isolator onto the Clip, One Isolator per clip. Ensure all clips are correctly located . Ensure Cassette is correctly aligned. Push Cassette onto rail and slide down until fully located. Install 2 No. security screws per panel through top upstand leg into mullion.
