Is new ACM installed flush, with good silicon joints and free from scratches and dents?

Is Through the Wall (TTW) Kit installed square and free from dents and scratches?

Are yellow inserts installed (charcoal Wall frame kits only)?

Are any gaps between shroud kit and machine filled with gaskets?

Does the ATM light in the TTW Kit work?

Is the correct Header Panel signage installed with correct wording?

If required, is the correct lozenge sign installed with correct wording in correct position?

If existing 2560 or 2550 retained, has correct header panel signage been installed?

Has any reference to “200 notes” been removed or covered up?

Is there a second machine requiring a change of WFK (i.e. grey to charcoal)?

If yes to above, has WFK been changed by ITS?

If yes to above, have yellow inserts been provided?

Has external security camera been installed?

Any other observations?

Is the machine free from scratches, dents and damage?

Has the opening around the machine been appropriately finished (i.e. melamine)?

Are power and data points in good working order and easily accessible?

Are cables neat and tidy and not a trip hazard? (in public space should be in conduit)

Are any new floor finishes installed correctly, with no trip hazards, ragged edges or damage?

Have edges of cut slab been finished neatly in appropriate finish?

Do steps have appropriate nosings?

Are edges of slab lower safe from tripping and if required, handrail installed?

Is handrail compliant?

Have any hazards been created by lowering the slab?

If any doors to bunker were removed and reinstated, has work been finished satisfactorily?

Has security camera been installed with view to rear of IDM?

Any other observations?
