  • Are any new floor finishes installed correctly, with no trip hazards, ragged edges or damage?

  • Have edges of cut slab been finished neatly in appropriate finish?

  • Do steps have appropriate nosings?

  • Are edges of slab lower safe from tripping and if required, handrail installed?

  • Is handrail compliant?

  • Have any hazards been created by lowering the slab?

  • If any doors to bunker were removed and reinstated, has work been finished satisfactorily?

  • Has security camera been installed with view to rear of IDM?
