  • Call the customer prior to advise of their pending arrival.

  • Arrive within expected time frame.

  • Wipe over the machine to remove any finger marks or scuffs.

  • If area is still untidy, advise customer if area needs further cleaning.

  • Complete job on HHT and sync.

  • Any unable a to be reported and code entered.

  • Driver to obtain signature on HHT or paperwork.

  • Drivers to thank customer.

  • If possible, obtain customer, drivers or sales representative signature to verify this audit.
