Call the customer prior to advise of their pending arrival.

Survey the area and scope out the delivery path to ensure no obstructions or hazards.

Greet the customer and build rapport.

Use safety cones to isolate area during truck unload.

If vending - level the machine by winding the legs up or down as required.

If vending - check door can be opened and there are no obstructions.

Check power lead has been test and tagged, then plug in, (ensure power connection is safe).

Check machine is operating correctly.

Remove paperwork and any other warehouse stickers from equipment.

Wipe over the machine to remove any finger marks or scuffs.

If area is still untidy, advise customer if area needs further cleaning.

Complete job on HHT and sync.

Any unable a to be reported and code entered.

Driver to obtain signature on HHT or paperwork.
