Pre Inflation Checks

Ensure the fans are not covered by the uninflated walls and are free to take in air during inflation.

Ensure the fans are not covered with excessive dust.

Are the electrical sockets and cables properly connected, with no signs of chafing or damage?

Ensure that all deflation zips are closed.

Is the padding around the central and entrance pillars intact, with no signs of damage?

Ensure the fans are positioned correctly, adequately protected and are not presenting a trip hazard.

Ensure that no one is standing on the inflatable.
Post Inflation Checks

Ensure every emergency exit and staff only door is securely zipped/closed.

Ensure the slide sheets and protection sheets are attached properly, and do not show any signs of damage.

Ensure the slide sheets have been sufficiently sprayed with silicone spray.

Record the pressure of the inflatable using a manometer. The pressure should not be below 1000Pa.

Is the setup of each activity adequate, with no missing parts?

Is the surface of the inflatable free from rips, tears or damage? Walk around and listen for louder whistling noises from air loss points. Anything greater than 0.8mm must be reported & repaired immediately.

Ensure there are no exposed electrical parts or wires.

Are the walls and beds safely connected without any visible entrapment holes?

Ensure that trial runs have been performed on all sections of the park before users are allowed to enter.
