Installers Van and Tool Daily Inspection Checklist

  • Inspections are to be carried out only by installers daily

  • Inspectors must mark serviceable items with a tick () and unserviceable items with a cross (x)

  • All issues items must be reported to the Supervisor / Manager

  • Both the Inspector and their supervisor/manager must initial the form below once completed

  • CHECK THE ITEM LISTED BELOW

  • Back Tyres

  • Front Tyres

  • Brakes - foot brake works correctly

  • Brakes - handbrake works correctly and doesnt have excessive travel

  • Brakes - brake lights working correctly

  • Headlights working correctly

  • Horn works as it should

  • Windscreen Wash Topped Up

  • Steering work as should and has no excessive play

  • All mirrors are working correctly

  • Windscreen - no chips or cracks

  • Seatbelts are working correctly

  • Windscreen wipers are working correctly

  • Oil checked

  • Have you noticed any oil leaks?

  • All doors operate correctly

  • Is the exhaust emitting excessive amounts of smoke?

  • Are the good in the back of van secured?

  • Tools Stored in Vault (ensure all high value tools are securely stored in the provided van vault)
