Loading Briefing

  • Safety briefing

Jetty tasks

  • Confirm Jetty clear of FOD and parked in correct parking circle

  • Before operating the jetty IRS has checked for any obstructions below in operating starburst

  • Jetty engaged with care.

  • Right hand side of Jetty canopy positioned 1 forearms length to the right of a/c door. One world sign visible.

  • IRS knocked on a/c door to alert Crew safe to open cabin door

Cabin Crew & HCS Briefing

  • Confirm specials

  • Confirm HCS agent in attendance

  • Confirm number of RTADs if any

Baggage Briefing

  • Proactively confirms number of drivers required against load

  • Proactively confirms numbers of bins and target delivery times

  • Confirm any expected gate baggage / RTAD
