Isolate the risk if safe ,report it to the duty manager and/or log it in safe work

-Avoid twisting and over reaching

-Buddy lift used for 20kg+
-uses the safe lift technique
-Agrees verbally when to lift and put down objects eg: 1,2,3 lift/down -
