PRODUCTION START UP ACTIVITIES

  • Are the film guide plates clean and disinfected? <br>Look out for stains and any abnormality

  • Are all rollers clean? These should be free from product stains and any abnormality

  • Are rubbers, elements and Teflon intact? <br>Ensure that the components are intact with no sign of deformation

  • Are all external surfaces and underneath areas clean? <br>Look out for stains, dust and any abnormality.

  • Are the filling nozzles, sanitary pipes and joints clean? <br>Look out for stains and any abnormality.

  • Is the film cabinet clean? <br>Look out for dust and any abnormality

  • Has C.I.P and Sanitization been done? C.I.P and Sanitization should be done before production starts

  • Are date codes correct and clearly visible? "MFD" and "EXP" on the pouches should be matching the correct dates. Refer to the date code guide when verifying correctness of date codes

  • Is the floater clean? Look out for yoghurt stains and any other abnormality

  • Seal integrity of Pouches. Look out for leakages along the vertical and horizontal seal, pin holes, and mechanical damages on the films

  • Weight of Pouches. Weight of Pouches should be within specications

  • Art Work Compare with reference artwork
