Personal Protective Equipment

  • Is appropriate footwear being used on the job site?

Fall Prevention & Protection

  • Are CAZ signs posted according to company policy?

  • Are all harnesses, life-lines, lanyards, and anchors in good working condition?

  • Are all anchor points properly installed?

  • Only one lifeline is being used per anchor?

  • Employees are tied off when higher than 6’ off the ground or have guardrails installed?

  • Are guardrails properly installed? (post spaced at 8’, top rail is 42” & mid rail is 21”)

  • Are steps or stair system being used to access elevated areas greater than 19” high?

Housekeeping

  • Is scrap material picked up?

  • Is the overall appearance of the job site acceptable?
