  • Are the Surroundings considered safe for a safe operation, no hazards or other safety concerns?

  • Where is considered Unsafe to operate ( Machine number )

Machine Components & Safety

  • Are any visible damages to the Machine, such as hanging wires, damaged to the doors, broken lights, glass, anything that could be described as damaged?

  • Is / are signs of Electrical Burns, sort of electrical burning smell internally or on the area?

  • Does the DAMAGES found, put yours & machine safety at immediate RISK?

  • Is the Emergency Button Available?

  • When activated does the Machine commands comes to a FULL STOP?

  • Is the Machine showing any faults on the Screens, warning alarms?

  • When the Main Electrical Switch is activated, does the KARDEX unit turns OFF completely ( leave it off for at least 20seconds, and then turn back on )

  • When the KARDEX Unit sensor ( front door - red light ) is activated by an object, does it triggers the FULL STOP mode?

  • When testing the Machine Unit Functionality, does the testing mode comply as shown on the picture?

  • Does the machine carried out the correct commands as shown on the attached Picture?

  • Is anything else to report about the area surroundings, or Safety?
