Check for potential wind-blown materials on communal grounds / Estate areas. All Clear?

Check that all patios, balconies and terraces with floor tiles that are laid on pedestals and not fixed are safe

Ensure that all patio furniture and materials that are at risk of being wind-blown are tied down or moved indoors

Ensure all AOV’s and Roof Access hatches are securely closed –take appropriate action on any faults identified. All locked and fault free?

Ensure all windows (apartment & communal) are securely closed and not opened past the safety restrictors

Check for damaged branches or diseased trees prior to any adverse weather
